Ledyard Public Schools

As permitted by law, the Ledyard Board of Education will be destroying confidential special education/504 records of students who exited the district and or graduated in the 2006 - 2019 school years. Confidential records include referrals to special services, PPT records, testing and evaluation documentation, correspondence with other agencies, and all other records related to special education or special services. A parent/guardian (if that person is the conservator or legal guardian) or eligible (adult) student wanting to obtain their confidential records must contact the Director of Student Services Office at (860)464-9255 ext. 1200 or spoirier@ledyard.net by November 21st 2025. Records will be destroyed December 1st 2025.
