I-95 N north to PROVIDENCE
Merge onto I-195 E / US-6 E via EXIT 20 toward EAST PROVIDENCE / CAPE COD.
Take EXIT 1 toward DOWNTOWN PROVIDENCE.
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto DYER ST.
Turn RIGHT onto DYER ST / US-44. Continue to follow DYER ST.
DYER ST becomes MEMORIAL BLVD.
Turn RIGHT onto COLLEGE ST.
Turn RIGHT onto PROSPECT ST.

Follow Route 1 north to the top of fort Hill then turn left.

I-95 North or South or I-91 South EXIT 47 (Left side exit - Merge onto CT-34 W) DOWNTOWN / NEW HAVEN Exit
Follow this exit until it runs to the end, this is Rt. 34...Yale-New Haven Hospital will be on left
Follow Rt. 34
Go to 5th traffic light - turn RIGHT onto SHERMAN AVE
SHERMAN AVE becomes SHERMAN PKWY.
Go about 6 lights

Turn left at the exit ramp. Pass through 3 sets of lights.

FROM I-84 EAST:
Exit 64-65. Ramp divides. Bear left.
Ramp divides again, bear right to stop light.
You are on Route 83 North. Go to the 7th stop light on Route 83.

merge onto I-84 East
Take exit 47 for Sigourney St
Turn left at Sigourney St
Slight right at Park Terrace
Slight left at Summit St

Bentley Athletic Complex - From New London.
Follow I-395 north to exit 97. Bear left on Rte. 44, 1 mile to stop light.
Go right on Rte 171 for 3 miles. Follow Rte 169 north.
