4th Annual Ledyard High School Football Golf Tournament

Dear Ledyard Football Supporter,

The 4th annual Ledyard High School Football Golf Tournament will be held on Friday July 13, 2012 at Great Neck Country Club in Waterford, CT. Registration will begin at 8:00am followed by a 9:00am shotgun start. For $125.00 each participant will receive golf, cart, lunch, and a gift bag. This year we have invited the Ledyard High School boys’ and girls’ lacrosse programs to join us in our fundraising efforts. The goal of the tournament is to raise money that can be used to enhance our athletic programs at the high school.

There are also many other ways you can assist and support our tournament if you do not golf. We are seeking tee sponsors, raffle prizes, gift bag sponsorships, and any other gifts that you think are appropriate and will make our event attractive. All tee sponsors will have their name displayed on a sign place at each tee on the course. All raffle donors and gift bag sponsors will be recognized publicly at the beginning of the tournament. Tee sponsorship is $100.00 for first time donors. All returning donors can sponsor again for $75.00. If you wish to sponsor a tee, please do so before June 15th.

Please consider joining us for the day. I anticipate selling out our tournament again this year, so do not hesitate in registering. This has turned into a special day that friends, alumni, and supporters of Ledyard Athletics look forward to each year. Thank you for your continued support.
