How to Save a Presentation from PowerPoint 2007 in PowerPoint 97/2003 Format

1. Create your presentation.

2. Click the Office Button in the upper left hand corner.

3. Move your mouse to the ‘Save As’ section.

4. Move your mouse to the ‘PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation’ section.

5. Click the highlighted ‘PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation’ section.

6. Enter the name you wish to save the file as in the ‘File name:’ box, then click ‘Save’.
