Average Level: Students who enroll in average level courses generally achieve a C or below in their prior coursework. Standardized district test scores and teacher recommendation are also considered for placement.
Fast Level: Students who enroll in fast level courses generally achieve a B average in their prior coursework and have demonstrated a high degree of proficiency and work ethic in the specified subject area. Standardized district test scores and teacher recommendation are also considered for placement.
Advanced Level: Students who enroll in advanced level courses have demonstrated a superior ability in the specified subject area and an outstanding work ethic. Standardized district test scores and teacher recommendation are also considered for placement.
Advanced Placement (AP) Level: Students who enroll in AP courses have the potential to earn college credit for their high school coursework after successfully passing the AP exam in early May. Courses conform to the standards specified by the College Board.
